Terms of Service

These terms apply to estimates, installations, and repairs performed by Morrison Gate & Fence throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Estimates

Estimates are free and based on the conditions we observe at the site. If we uncover hidden obstacles — buried concrete, utility conflicts, rock, or grade changes — we'll stop, explain the situation, and get your approval before any additional work or cost.

Scheduling and access

You're responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for confirming property lines. We handle utility locates before digging. Weather delays happen in North Texas; we'll keep you posted and reschedule promptly.

Workmanship and warranty

Our labor and workmanship are warranted for the term stated on your written proposal. Gate operators, hardware, and access-control equipment carry their manufacturer's warranty, which we register and support. Normal weathering of wood, and damage from impact, vandalism, or third-party modification, are not covered.

Payment

Deposit and payment terms are listed on your proposal. Final payment is due on completion of the work described there.
